What can she help with?
Hana’s clinical and therapeutic work focuses on helping adults addressing concerns related to symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment to life altering experiences such as the loss of a loved one, retirement, marriage, ending a relationship, caring for family members with disabilities/mental health challenges, just to name a few! She incorporates diverse modalities depending on the context of the session.
Therapeutic Approach
Hana views therapy as an opportunity to clear a foggy mirror—allowing individuals to see themselves with greater clarity, less judgment, and a deeper appreciation for their own strengths, abilities, and resilience. She believes that healing begins in a safe and supportive space, where people feel truly heard, validated, and understood. For Hana, meaningful therapeutic work happens when emotions are gently acknowledged and cared for, creating the conditions to explore, process, and grow.
